My husband and I love Grins! The broccoli cheese soup is soooo delicious I can never get enough! The worst part of going here, is that I have to choose one entree...I always want some of everything! We always want to try some dessert options here but we are always so stuffed after our food and margaritas...

One of the Big 3 in San Marcos. They have great food and great drinks. $1 margaritas during happy hour ( 3pm-7pm Mon-Fri ) they'll sneak up on you! I will recommend not to go during peak hours however, lots of college students capitalizing on cheap drinks and long waits. Sit outside if you can!

I'm sure to bring everyone who visits San Marcos here because it is truly the best place to eat. This place has the vibes and the food of San Mo including amazing drinks and great staff!

Grins was a fantastic experience. We ordered ribeye steak and fried chicken. My phone was dead when we went there so sorry no pictures. So besides the food, the atmosphere was beautiful. It had lots of natural wood, very rustic an felt very open. Something else nice is where ever you sit you see outside. I would visit once a week if I were a local, no kidding...

We stoped into Grins the night before touring Texas State. Wow! As a gluten sensitive person, I can tell you that their fajitas on corn tortillas were THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! Grins is now at the top of my list in San Marcos. Plus, the waitress was outstanding! She wanted to make sure we were pleased with our food!!!!
